Returns and Exchanges

If you wish to return an item, you may return products for a full refund within 30 days in original packaging. All items must be returned in new, unworn and unused condition. CIGOGNE BéBé will not accept returns of non-faulty items that have been worn, used and/or garment tags removed.

Store credit/exchange will be issued for goods accepted for exchange, and a full refund shall be issued for faulty items. Please ensure that the items are returned/posted back in appropriate packaging to ensure the items do not get damaged in the post.

CIGOGNE BéBé is not responsible for postage or PayPal costs for any item that is returned or exchanged. Once the faulty item has been approved for return, we will credit the original card used for purchase in the amount of the sum paid minus postage costs. Please note that postage costs will apply for exchanges. All final decisions are subject to the discretion of CIGOGNE BéBé.
